We take security seriously and may ask them to verify their email address to protect you from any suspicious activity. So no need to worry about "foreign princes" trying to send you money!

Running out of storage space can be a real headache, but don't worry - we've got you covered! If you're using FreeFile Transfer and you exceed your storage limit, you'll have two options to get back in the game: either clear up some space by deleting your older transfers, or upgrade to a paid plan for more storage. With our Premium plan, you'll get unlimited storage space, so you can transfer as many files as you need, without worrying about running out of room. And if you're using our free plan, don't fret - all files that are 2 GB or smaller will automatically be deleted after 7 days, so you'll always have space for new transfers.

No worries, cancelling your subscription is a breeze! While your subscription will renew automatically, you can opt-out anytime you want without any hassle. Simply navigate to your Account settings and hit that cancel button. Once done, you and your team members (if you have any) can continue using your current Pro or Premium plan until your subscription period ends. No, when you use Freefile Transfer, your recipients can easily download your files without the need to log in or sign up. All they need to do is accept our Terms of Service and we may ask them to accept cookies. If you want to collaborate and share work in portals, your clients and collaborators won’t need to sign up either. They can view and select files, add comments, give approval, or download files without signing up. Only if you want team members to add reviews and create portals with you, you'll need to add them to your Pro or Premium plan.
